The hotel is still new so there were no issues with cleanliness and everything in our room functioned as it should.
But unfortunately the service was terrible. We were made to wait almost 2 hours past check in time to get our room bc it wasn’t clean. We were initially told it would be “10 minutes” then told by the employee at the front desk “it could be less than 10 minutes or more than 40. I have no idea.” It was definitely more than 40 minutes.
We also asked for an extra blanket. We were given the rattiest blanket, it was literally falling apart.
Breakfast options are advertised. When I asked about breakfast times, I was told they may have a few breakfast sandwiches behind the counter they could sell us. Yeah, no thanks.
