“The ladies working on the evening shift were so welcoming and nice. The hotel has a very comfortable, bright & peaceful lobby. (I studies there for about 4 hours.) Coffee and tea available in the breakfast room. Rooms were clean and bedding was like that of a more expensive hotel.”

“Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet. Everything was super clean. I wanted to use the hot tub, but there were too many children having a great time (good for them - I was just not feeling it), so I can't speak for the pool area. ”

The covered parking was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful especially evening the desk person Alexis. She was fun to talk to, informative friendly and super helpful. When I come back to Salem I will definitely stay at The Shiloh Inn again.”

The Facility far exceeded my expectations, for a Best Western Plus. The breakfast great, however it was more luke warm then hot.”
