The detached holiday home built in 2006 and is furnished in a rustic and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Russian skittles. Steam sauna box for 2 people. Infrared sauna for 4 people. Security system of the object. Towels must be taken with you.


Location
Jílové u Držkova, 550 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

central heating (wood & coal), electric heating. tiled stove Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), Wii and washing machine. TV reception takes place via electric wire. German broadcasts

Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 additional bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and Steam sauna, hydromassage shower. Towels must be taken with you.
