Too Bad not good for First Timer to SA

The people working in the hotel once they notice you are a first traveler they will cancel your hotel booking which you have paid for and they will start asking for money and not putting you in the normal room you paid for this is so so sad please people should be very careful of this hotel my guest have to leave because they told him is booking has been cancel by him which the booking is still valid.

Disappointed guest

The place is in a quite place but there owner/ workers had no respect for people still sleeping...they started chatting and laughing loud outside. For a place advertised on the internet, one expects professionalism irrespective of the price. The parking is also a problem, whilst sleeping they wake you up to make way for another car...in honesty ill never go back.

Decent budget lodging in beautiful Arcadia

Rooms are clean and of good size, very easy to get to and staff friendly and accommodating. Free Wifi (poor to average connection) and TV in rooms. Fridge and microwave.

Horrible!

It was our 3rd time sleeping there and twice booking the "honeymoon" suite. It was worse than when we first visited.Check in was 12:30 but at 13:30 when we got there the room was still being prepared so we had to wait for the lady who was also a receptionist to take towels from the washing line to put in our room. There was no bathroom mat and I had to call my partner everytime I wanted to get out of the bathtub because I was scared of falling.No bowls, cups or spoons in the room. We had a long night and on the Sunday morning we got woken up by so much loud noise from the staff talking at around 6 am. I won't come back again I am sorry, there was nothing honeymoon about it and the room showed no maintainance at all. It was a waste of 600, never again.

NOT SAFE. Had to leave to find a better hotel.

The Homeymoon suite contained a door that wouldn't lock, a window that didn't close, AstroTurf grass as a carpet, used needles in the flowerpot, the sound of people getting freaky next door, suspicious white powder, and the manager asking us if we minded having wet towels after about an hour of asking. The worst place I've ever stayed at, both Uber drivers(dropping off and fetching) warned me against staying here, as it was known to be not safe. I'm convinced it is a front for all sorts of unsavory business transactions. No refunds will be given but my safety was more important that the loss that I cancelled and ran to the Protea Hotel to stay the night with dry towels and no doors on the ceiling. I would reccomend nobody stay here, as it is just a rip off of your money. Not safe at all.

Bad experience

It was very bad, the bed was not comfortable, the shower didn't have shower curtain, water was just flowing everywhere. No toiletries, TV remote didn't have batteries. But as for the staff they were very welcoming

Not Bad for what you pay.

I think they should just improve their room service and have time on which room are cleaned even if you were not notified. I should be the one giving order not to clean not me asking them to clean. towels if a little bit of stay soft could be utilized it would make a bit of a difference. and if they could use some women for decoration i think they could upgrade to 5 stars. I'm happy thou.
