“Great location for people who are interested in history. There are lots of sites to visit within 40-50 minutes drive. The weather was mixed but we still managed to swim in the pool every day even though it was unheated. Good range of walks as well. ”

Superbly located to be able to see all the amazing things there are to see in the area supported by the lovely family and owners of the property.The owners cared about our stay and were very keen to help us and support questions, but most of all were lovely and we even had the pleasure of meeting their grandchildren.Also, Carlux is a lovely spot and we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the annual Crepes festival.”

“The property is absolutely beautiful, quality furnishings and very nice to stay in..you won't want to leave. The separate pool house is really well equipped and the pool is large and heated saltwater, very nice indeed. We were lucky with good weather so got good use from all the facilities..including the table tennis! Our host Isabelle and her mother Denise made us so welcome and were very helpful explaining how everything worked, how to operate the pool cover etc. By far the best holiday home……
