“I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. "It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
