“We booked for three nights, and we had to change the room the next day. It was too bad. There were ants and even cockroaches in the room, which affected our mood too much.”

“Everything is amazing at this location! I have been coming to this location for the last year every couple months for work and it’s just been a great stay every time. From the time of booking until check out. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing and the atmosphere and surroundings make the stay a home away from home. “We rented the room just for 12 hours due to a flight change. We had never stayed at the Royal but here are my take aways: Very clean. Room and entire property was kept clean, well maintained and fairly modern. Pools are small but efficient. We stayed a week in Wailea (more expensive) and was a little disappointed in the food on property at the Royal. We stayed in Ka'anapali because we had dinner reservations at Hono (a must go!!!!!) and then a midnight flight. For the price, it far……

“酒店还是十分新的，第二次入住，选择双房户型，分别有独立卫生间私密性很好，阳台很大。隔壁兴建的威斯汀基本快结束了，也没有什么噪音。泳池不错，很干净。早餐性价比很高。就是在房间各处发现蚂蚁，很小的那种，不易发现。”

“The cooking station downstairs allowed for easier food costs compared to eating out every meal and the free laundry mat helped out with the return to home. Pool was fun and they had plenty of events throughout the week like free snowcones and live music. The staff was always friendly especially when there was a problem. A great place to stay!”
