“This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. Great property for snowshoeing……

“This is a real cottage! Charming and rustic, private, peaceful, and on an amazing lake. The kitchen was fully stocked, and large. The living room comfortably appointed and clean, and the beds comfortable! The air conditioner works like a son-of-a-gun, and when the humidity broke it was a pleasure to throw open all of the screened windows and enjoy the cool cross breezes off the lake! The lake is warm and deep and clear. Great for fishing and swimming, not too busy with boats. The fire pit……
