“Great accommodation and friendly staff”

“Lovely apartment located close to the Olympic Stadium where I was attending an event. The nearest metro is about 35 mins walk but that didn’t worry me as I like walking. You could also get a local bus if you’d prefer. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was a hob (although I didn’t use this), coffee machine, toastie maker and kettle. The host provided coffee and left a carton of juice in the fridge which was nice. A short walk finds a kiosk for snacks and……

“Be aware of this VRBO host.The host canceled our booking 3 hours before check in and while we were en route to the property, leaving us hanging with 2 small kids and an older person with mobility issues.There should be no excuse for a last minute cancelation like this.Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.The communication experience after completing the reservation was not great either, it took around 8 days to have a couple of the questions I posted, answered.We cannot comment on the property……
