"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"Our family of five visited from Canada and stayed for 26 nights. We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for food and shopping. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We especially appreciated having a washing machine for our long stay. The swimming pool and workout room were nice bonuses as well. Proximity to the airport made pickup and drop off super easy. "This hotel is beer centrally located - the drive to the airport was average 20 mins; the Suria shopping mall is a 3-5 min walk and the boat docking port to the islands (gaya island; Sapi island etc) is also 5 mins walk. The staff were always really nice and smiling. The breakfast was definitely fresh and varied. I would recommend staying here and booking the sea view room."
