Hotels.com never forwarded the reservation -

I called to make sure the number was correct for when I arrived in town in case the taxi driver did not know where the place was and because there were two places marked as the address - but the hotel counter guy (who spoke/understood English perfectly) said they did not have a reservation in my name and were all full. So I was glad I did not travel all the way there from Adana bus station to find that out. I eventually had to cancel all other bookings which were made for after the stay there, as I had to change my whole plans and ride the bus all night. Hotels.com only gave me a coupon which cannot apparently be used and there is no instructions given on how to use it, not place to put in the code when I tried.

Güzel ancak dikkat edin......

Otel güzel, ortamı sakin en üst katta bulunan restoranda tüm karataşı ve denizi seyrederek takılabilirsiniz. Otel temiz ve çalışanlar sizlerle ilgili güler yüzlü ancak site üstünden rezervasyon yapıp gittim ancak otelde "Hotels.com la anlaşmamız yok, rezervasyonlar bizde gözükmüyor" dendi. Allahtan hafta içi olduğu için yer bulabildim. Bu konuya dikkat edin. Rezervasyon sonrası Oteli arayın görüşün mağdur olmayın.
