“The aptly named Beautiful 1820 brick house is situated between the Adirondacks and practically on Lake Champlain. The house is big and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. They spared no expense in renovating the house with every attention to the smallest of details. I can't wait to go back and stay longer this time with our hosts, Annette & Chris.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the eclipse. Matt was very communicative through the arrival process and very accommodating when we had a late spring snowstorm that dropped 16” and knocked out power and internet for a short spell. We loved walking through the property, even with the snow and found the place very restful and rejuvenating. We spent a couple afternoons at the local brewery, paradox brewing, where we enjoyed the beer, food, and the service.”

“very nice for 2 couples....coffee was there but no creamer. home was very nice in low traffic area. Nice grounds with small stream and fire pit in back yard.”

“We only needed it for a short stay. In the winter. It was a short ride to lake placid. It was clean, heat worked, had hot water, enough rooms and beds to sleep in. Had all the basics to get by. Just no toaster. Would stay again. The only thing I can say didnt work well. Was the wifi. But it was nice to disconnect. Just Hard to reach our loved ones in the evenings and find local places to get things.”

“The number one thing I loved about this property was the absolute quiet of the area. If you want to get away from it all - sit by the fire, read and just enjoy nature in quiet this cabin is for you. Close enough to shops and attractions - you get a nice balance of solitude and things to do. Easy check in/out process. Will come back!”
