Summary:
Historic twin in downtown Kennett Square. Just a few blocks from the new Victory Brewing Company and other downtown shops, this twin is full of character. Easy commute to Wilm, Newark and Phila. The 1st floor features a living room, dining room and updated kitchen. The backyard offers a patio and is fully fenced. The 2nd floor features a brand new bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. The 3rd floor loft offers 2 single beds and plenty of space to relax or work.

This abode is exactly what Matt and David advertise: a quaint, brick, 1900-built townhome. A little tilt to the floors and the squeak and creak in the stairs just give it all the more quaintness. That aside, the wonderfully updated kitchen and bath, the proximity to all the charms of Kennett Square, and Matt's accessible and fine support made it an absolutely great place for us to sojourn for a month. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Thank you for the great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay, and took notes on the super soft towels for our next home purchase. The only thing I'd change is having a couple of well-placed nightlights for stairs. We loved the backyard space for young kids (under 5) to play. The house was clean, comfortable, and the decor was lovely without being fragile. Neighbors were friendly, too. Thank you for accommodating our early arrival request, too!

Family enjoyed Kennett Sq

My family really enjoyed our stay at this Kennett Sq property. The unit is 1/2 of a duplex in a nice quiet area a convenient walk to downtown & an easy drive to Longwood Gardens. Our granddaughters loved their 3rd floor large room with A/C. Interior well decorated, great appliances & nice assortment of treats in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.
