" Pros - beautiful gardens, lush vegetation, tropical big leaf and tall trees, Instagram perfect - rooms are big, comfortable, silent, outdoor showers have powerful water pressure, and villas are spread far apart. Amazing. - no mosquitos (sealed doors before dinners, net over the bed) - outstanding staff, attentive, friendly, good English, good recommendations. Kudos to the GM Jonathan, also super friendly and present, a well run establishment! - massive swimming pool, smartly designed, deep where needed and shallow in places, ideal for lazying in it on hot days - restaurant has good selection of food, specials and healthy options, great service staff Cons - beach. Tiny, dirty (plastics from the sea) and murky dark waters. Not usable at ALL. - else, I'm struggling to find any other negatives! Date of stay: April 2025, Villa D3 There's no good or bad villa - all the same. Get a motorbike and go to Kep, crab market, La Plantation pepper farm - go hiking. "

"Quick family trip during big holiday. Some was quiet even with crowds everywhere and close to beach, 15 minute walk 5 minute drive. Pool was nice, but many tiles were loose and I cut my finger, pool needs to be fixed. Water was cool and family friendly depth."

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and the pool is well kept and cleaned ...Although each balcony could use some small table and chairs for guests to sit and enjoy the view ...The Terrace is very magnificent with a stunning view and again could use some lounge chairs or some sort of chairs/tables for guests to relax , ..Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone . . "The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. "
