PET FRIENDLY! This 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom multi-level condo sleeps 8, with a king bed, a queen bed, and two full beds. Enjoy gorgeous views of the River Golf Course and Buffalo Mountain through floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Step outside on to the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air. You may even see a humming bird or two with a feeder on the balcony! The open concept living area has a sectional sofa, a flat screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Updated hardwood floorings and floor to ceiling windows with vaulted ceilings give the living area open feel while flooding the room with natural light. Modern furnishings, decorations, and updates pair together seamlessly. You will feel right at home in the well equipped kitchen, including all cookware needed to make a meal. The full-sized kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances throughout. The dining table comfortably seats six and the breakfast bar seats three. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting chair, flat screen TV, and dresser for storage. The en-suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination in the water room for added privacy. Clean unit. Plenty of room. Great open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us. Stunning views out the living room windows towards the west for sunrise alpenglow on the mountains, and sunsets. Kids and dads loved the community pool and hot tub. A little tricky finding the condo the first time (google maps took us a mile away), but smooth after that. ##### Erich O. Convenient small (but overpriced) grocery/liquor store across the road. There was plenty of room for our family. Property was nicely decorated. TV’s in every room which you don’t always find. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels for a 3 day stay. The recliner in the sectional couch was broken, but I let the manager know. View and location was excellent, only a few miles to Keystone. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Property manager provided great instructions prior to check-in. Close to restaurants, and easy access to main road. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna were huge pluses! Kitchen very well stocked. We had difficulty locating our unit initially. The Pines has a lot of different buildings and we were confused about which unit we were looking for. We called for assistance and were told to look for Fox something building, which was totally incorrect and on the opposite side of the parking lot from our actual unit. The person I spoke to on the phone was not able to give me any helpful information. We walked around in the dark for a while going unit to unit and finally found it. It was our mistake, because we thought the number on the envelope was our unit number. It seems like the welcome package that you pick up on check-in would have the unit number listed somewhere or maybe even include a map of the property but it did not. Once we found our unit everything was excellent and we had a wonderful stay. ##### Justine H. The view from the deck was stunning, the pool and hot tub facility was a short walk away, and we had plenty of room for the adults and grandchildren. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed. The radiant heat in the living room wasn’t working but a call to property management got that resolved in short order. We chose to bring meals to prepare but we found that the nonstick pans were in bad shape so we didn’t use them. The sectional couch was dated with one side arm leaning away and the back of the couch was broken in one spot. In general the cleanliness was okay but under the couch was disgusting with food crumbs and dirt. My family was amazed with the view from the living room. The reason I am giving overall rating of three is because ice maker did not work, called and was told ice maker was working but had been emptied by housekeeping. Next day I called back again because ice machine was still not working, this time I was told that it was not working but they could not work on it because we had food in refrigerator so they brought ice trays. Another incident on same day as the girls had gone shopping and guys stayed home to relax and watch television, they heard someone unlock the door and as the turned to see who it was, the door begin to close slowly. My husband got up and went to the door but the girl was headed down stairs quickly. He called out to her and got a glimpse of her and again questioned the girl but she left the building in a hurry. I called the security and was told that the supervisor was gone for the evening but would do some research and call me in the morning. Next day supervisor got description of the girl and stated she would run an audit on door lock. We waited for a call because we did not want to enjoy our vacation if someone was going to enter the home unannounced. I finally called supervisor at noon and was told she was in a meeting but that security would watch the home. At 3 pm I was told that they did not know who came in but that possibly it might be HOA.
