This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Kiawah vacation rental is conveniently located on a private cul de sac in the popular Night Heron section of East Beach Village, just under a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The open plan living area is bright and airy with a cozy living space and flat screen TV for entertainment, a dining table that seats 6 comfortably and a fully-equipped kitchen to the right of the entry with new stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating and a separate table for 4. For family dinners, gather around the dining room table or dine outside on the shady screen porch, located just off of the living room.

4138 Night Heron cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, large wall-mounted television, ensuite bath with tub/shower combo and a private deck. One guest room has a bunk with a full size and a twin mattress, perfect for the little ones, while the other features a queen bed. Both have access to the second full bath, also with tub/shower combo.

Outdoor living spaces include a screened porch, which is perfect for dining alfresco, a back deck, and shaded space under the cottage, equipped with a swing, and both gas and charcoal grills.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
