If you are looking for a modern, luxurious retreat in Wailea with BRAND NEW EVERYTHING, look no further! This unit was completely gutted to the studs and every item was purchased brand new. Guests can enjoy:

— Modern, deluxe kitchen with all new appliances. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a fabulous meal.
__ New, completely renovated bathrooms, low profile tub in master bathroom perfect for bathing kids.
__ Fully Air Conditioned Unit! Brand new, deluxe AC unit in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. This is the largest, BTU AC system installed at The Palms. Be warned-some units at The Palms that claim to have AC, only have AC in the master bedroom (which is how the complex was originally constructed).
— 3 new ceiling fans (living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom)
__ Black out curtains in both bedrooms and living room to help get a good night sleep!
__ All the beach gear you could need for your trip! (4 beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, snorkel sets, boogie boards, sand toys, life jackets, beach bag, towels).

—Master Bedroom: A king size bed, cable/SMART television and fully remodeled bathroom. Luxurious linens, new pillows, new mattress and furniture. Blackout curtains to help get a great nights sleep! A closet is available for your use as well as six drawers to unpack and settled in for your stay. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Master bedroom is quiet and looks out onto lush, tropical greens. Does not back up to a road and is away from the parking lot. Black out curtains to help with jet lag and get a restful sleep.

— Second Bedroom: This private, closed off second bedroom is perfect when traveling with 2 couples, family members, children, or friends. Many units in The Palms that offer a “second bedroom” have sliding doors or an open floor plan for the second bedroom. This is a fully private, walled in 2nd bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with shower. Ability to set up with 2 twin beds OR as a king bed. AC and ceiling fan located in this room to ensure a comfortable stay. Blackout curtains to help get a good night sleep. Dresser and closet to settle in for a comfortable stay.

-- A spacious lanai adds 475 sqft of additional space for you to enjoy outdoor dinning and relaxing, 2 lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing while you enjoy the lush, serene landscaping The Palms at Wailea is known for. Two bar stools pull up to the kitchen window which opens up to allow for indoor/outdoor living and food preparation. No one will feel like they are "stuck" in the kitchen on vacation!

--FAMILY FRIENDLY!! We have two young kids of our own so designed this unit with families in mind. We provide sand toys; life vests; pack-n-play with bedding and a REAL mattress (because when the baby is well rested EVERYONE has a better vacation !!); kid friendly dishes, cups and cutlery; low bathtub in the master bedroom perfect for kids. A short walk to the pool! Parking directly in front of unit.

--IN UNIT FREE LAUNDRY and complementary laundry supplies (because if you have to spend time on vacation doing laundry it should be easy and not involve looking for quarters!)

--Incredible Ocean Views from the Hot Tub and Resort Style swimming pool. Stroll over and watch the sunsets on the grass down from the pool.

--This unit has a queen memory foam sofa sleeper for extra guests. Blackout curtains in living room to ensure those sleeping on the couch also get privacy a great nights sleep!

--This is a 2nd floor unit and is NOT handicapped accessible.

-- Four grill stations available throughout The Palms at Wailea complex for guests use. One location is near the pool.

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. A 10 minute walk to the popular Keawakapu Beach! This beach is famous for fabulous snorkeling and sandy beach.
