“We had a nice one night stay at this cosy cabin which is in a picturesque part of Winchester near the streams. It's a fun adventure for a young family but probably not ideal for people with mobility issues as the two bedroom spaces require climbing/crawling through a small door. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin but the kitchen is outdoors, which is a bit of a challenge on a wet/cold day. Would definitely stay again.”

“I wrote to the host multiple times and they never responded. The house keepers were nice and the location is close to where you might want to tour, but beyond that there wasn’t anything redeeming. In regards to the communication, it was so bad that I had to help some other people checking in to apartment 5 because the host did not send them check in details. They asked the restaurant downstairs to contact the host and then I helped them into their room. The place has no elevator and no A/C only……

“Lovely host and a cute, cosy cabin. The only downside was that it felt more overlooked than we expected, as it's essentially within the host's garden, so there wasn't as much privacy as we'd hoped. Also, be aware that use of the jacuzzi costs an additional 25, which we only found out after booking and paying. Aside from those points, we had a pleasant stay.”

“The cabin has everything you need for a short stay, it's a great place for children and would easily for a family of three. Lovely surroundings for someone who loves nature and walks.”

“We were looking for a quirky thatched cottage near Abbots Ann, Hampshire, for a few nights and this fit the bill. The beds were clean and comfy. Access was great. We were surprised that towels are not included in the rental but are 5 pounds per person. It’s a very historic cottage so expect this to match your memories from 1966 - cobwebs and all. Thoroughly enjoyable experience (especially breakfasts around the kitchen table!) but three nights with the wonky non-level floors and stairs was our……
