Beautifully decorated and cozy, The Pearl is an enticing oceanfront home in Kitty Hawk with breathtaking views of the ocean, a direct private walkway to the beach, and a sundeck with Adirondack furniture for taking in the scene. Take one step off the deck and you'll be able to feel the sand between your toes, at this sunny oceanfront retreat. Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you'll find many restaurants, attractions, and shopping just a walk away - One of the best values on the oceanfront!

Pull up to this beautiful 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom home to know that oceanfront relaxation is here. With high ceilings and fantastic natural lighting, the Living Area is both beautiful and relaxing. A large Flat Screen TV sits in front of charming wooden paneling and is surrounded by lots of beachy, cozy furniture (including a Queen Sleeper Sofa) that makes this the perfect place for family movie night or an effortless afternoon catching up on your favorite beach read. Cook up some delicious seafood in the modern Kitchen and enjoy it together in the Dining Area, with table seating for 6, where you can enjoy your meal with spectacular views of the bright, blue waves of the Atlantic. Nice house on the ocean

House was as described. Clean Kitchen well stocked. Cabinets need refreshing. New flooring in living area was nice. Pictures show direct access to the beach from the deck, but dunes are there now and you have to cross over to the public access to reach the beach. Decking is worse for wear with nail pops warped boards and leaning railings.
