“Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Leuten in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und hat genug Platz für alle. Wir haben nach einer Unterkunft für diese Personenanzahl gesucht, in der wir nach einem Event in Hamburg übernachten können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer schnell, sehr nett und unkompliziert. Definitiv die richtige Wahl!!”

“Ein wirklich schön eingerichtetes Hausboot. Die Dachterasse mit den Loungemöbeln und Sitzkissen ist ein Highlight.Einzig die Bahn macht etwas Lärm, aber das ist bei dem Standort nunmal nicht zu ändern.”

“Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen..Schimmelige Orangenschalen,schmutziges Geschirr,Deckenlampen mit Mücken,Flecken an den Wänden..die Whirlwanne war nicht funktionsfähig,Fernseher funktionierten nicht,Wlan war eine Katastrophe,Betten waren nicht ganz so bequem. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Ferienwohnung parken,das war gut. Die Lage war toll. Bahnanbindung sehr nah und auch Supermärkte,Apotheken und Restaurants waren sehr zentral. Das war wirklich gut.”

“Zuletzt sind wir leider immer wieder enttäuscht, was Ferienwohnungen in Großstädten betrifft. So auch hier. Vor allem lassen Sauberkeit (Bad, verschmutzte Bettwäsche, Küche) und Ausstattung (Küche) zu wünschen übrig. Es den Gästen schön zu machen, ist nebensächlich. Durch die hohe Nachfrage in großen Städten geht es meist ums schnelle Geldverdienen ohne großen Aufwand. Leider haben wir uns nicht so wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wo wir jetzt zu unserer Weiterreise sind, ist es gleich ganz anders.”

"Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. "

"No ac, fridge, microwave in room. You can only open the window and a lot of mosquito. No free locker through out the hotel. Only the paid one for 4euro. The luggage room can be accessed by anyone, very unsafe and I need to carry the PC whole day. Very noisy the streets around and the room is small, you can seat on the toilet bowl to brush your teeth, or else you will bump your head. "
