Holiday Home “Le Gîte Écureuil” with Private Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Located in L'Île-Bouchard, Centre-Val de Loire, the renovated Le Gîte Écureuil (80 m²) welcomes up to 5 guests. The home offers a living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, heating in the living room, bedrooms and bathroom, washing machine, fan, and a high chair. The interior is all on one level for added comfort.



Your host speaks French, English, German, and Italian.



Enjoy the private, sunny garden overlooking the Manse and the open terrace, perfect for outdoor meals with your own barbecue.



Street parking is available, and public transport is within easy reach. Parties are not allowed; please keep the property clean and respect the quiet. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The hosts live on-site but not in the reserved accommodation. The gîte is in town yet peaceful, just steps from the Île-Bouchard sanctuary. You can visit the sanctuary and explore nearby châteaux, including Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Rivau, Langeais, and Chenonceau.
