Communication with the hosts was excellent: always quick, friendly, and helpful. We truly felt welcome. The location is ideal: peaceful, yet close to the town and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we would love to come back!”

“Ein wiklich tolles Haus und es war wirklich sehr sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber Steve und auch Marina (unsere Ansprechpartnerin) waren jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr hilftsbereit.Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigem Wohngebiet. Also perfekt für einen entspannt Urlaub. Wer aber etwa erleben will, kommt meiner Meinung, hier nicht so auf seine kosten. Ein kleines Minus gibt es dafür, das einige Dinge im/am Haus etwas verlebt waren. Was aber kein Grund für mich wäre nicht wieder bei Steve zu buchen. Also……

“La casa es como se ve en la fotos, muy cómoda para grupos de amigos. A 10 minutos andando de una pequeña playa y a unos 35 del paseo marítimo de calpe. Puntos negativos, cuando llegamos la piscina estaba muy sucia no la limpian entre inquilinos. La ubicación que marca en la aplicación no es la de la casa y nos costo mas de media hora encontrarla. Te hacen ir a una oficina a 30 minutos fe la casa solo para firmar un papel y darte una clave para sacar las llaves de una caja de seguridad en la……

“Had a wonderful time at the villa. It was exactly what we needed. The villa was excellent, the pool great and the location fantastic. Easy to walk into old town for restaurants, supermarket etc, easy access to local beach. Quiet and peaceful location. Host was excellent.”
