“Es un lugar limpio, si andas buscando tranquilidad este es el lugar adecuado para ti, no tienen cocina, pero si tienen un menu y te traen la comida de otro local. Pero si eres de los que solo llegaran a dormir y disfrutar de la laguna y las instalaciones es tu lugar indicado, hay muchas opciones fuera del hotel para comer o hacer otras actividades y muchas ciudades turisticas a menos de 30 minutos manejando.”

The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater. “The trails through the jungle around the lodge are incredible, and very well maintained. The owner and staff were very attentive, and I felt completely taken care of, from the moment my plane landed, until my return flight took off. The lodge owner matched me with a guide, Harold “The Tiger,” who took me on several grand adventures, hiking, kayaking, birding, touring white towns. This was the best stay I’ve ever had, anywhere!
