“The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!”

“Room was big, although we had 2 single beds, the room still felt big and spacious. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early without paying any additional fees. I have an 8 month old baby and requested a cot. The cot was delivered within 10 minutes of requesting. Geat selection at breakfast. A lot of tables. The staff were very quick dealing with requests and cleaning tables. At no point did it feel overcrowded. Location is great. A lot of shops nearby including……

“Amazing staff, easy check in and out, enough elevators, very close to the haram about a 4/5 minute walk. Clock tower is about 7/8 minutes away. Nice security and amazing WiFi service. Would definitely recommend, for umrah.”

“The best place I stayed in recommend if everybody to stay all the time. Make sure you book a month ahead of time and do it. Don’t do what I did. I tried to book a suite and on a sign the book and didn’t go through. It was a room with three beds and was three of us my mom, my dad and me so I had to upgrade when I got there, but it was a beautiful experience. ”
