L'appartement se compose aussi d'un balcon avec un salon de jardin pour profiter des belles journées ensoleillées. Les avantages de cette location à la mer : terrasse avec salon de jardin, parking privé. Le tout avec un accès facile aux transports en commun, les commerces à proximité, tout comme le port de plaisance et la plage des Minimes. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
