This vacation apartment is located in the heart of Les Minimes, near the marina. The residence is secure and offers numerous amenities for your comfort: a pool available in July/August, laundry facilities, and underground parking.

Situated on the 1st floor of the residence, the apartment features a living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a stunning view of the residence’s pool. The living room includes a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a newly renovated kitchen area (2023), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Highlights of this seaside rental: South-facing balcony, pool access in July/August (subject to weather and sanitary conditions), laundry facilities, private parking, secure residence, close to the beach and Les Minimes marina. Public transport nearby. Cleaning and disinfection included.
