Carefully decorated family home that has become our vacation home that we gladly rent to travelers who love warm places and promise to take care of it.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / water, large living / dining room and open kitchen, 2 terraces, a beautiful exposed garden what to have a great time!
The house is located right next to the shops, the chef de baie beach, the Ile de Ré.
Very easy and free parking right in front of the house gate.
The furniture and paintings have been carefully hunted and redone. Curtains and cushions custom made by the designer owner.
We love the design and the warm places.
The house has exposed beams giving it a unique character.
3 bedrooms (one double bed 160, one double bed 140 and one with 2 beds (a child and a baby) + a sofa bed in the living room. A communicating shower room with 2 bedrooms, and a private bathroom + terrace with a double bedroom for adults.
A terrace and a beautiful garden facing south.
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, food processor, nespresso coffee machine ...).

A great little house with lots of appeal. Lots of art and whimsical touches throughout the house. Was clean and had all we needed, even found extra pillows for a better sleep. Is a good grocery store half a block away. We found a fabulous restaurant that had just opened up walking distance from the house, highly recommend! Le Silo, 15 Rue du docteur Bigiois. All the house instructions were in French only so we did have a bit of a time trying to translate it all to English so we could understand.

Die Kommunikation mit Valentine per Mail war hervorragend, ebenfalls der Check-in völlig unkompliziert.Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit vielen künstlerischen Details, lediglich die Kücheneinrichtung könnte etwas aufgestockt werden. Trotz Temperaturen von über 30Grad war es im Haus angenehm kühl.Der Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe, der Strand 2 km entfernt .Der schönste Strand (Minimes)ist 8 km entfernt, mit den Leihrädern allerdings gut zu erreichen .

Très bon emplacement, proche du centre de la Rochelle, de l'accès à l'île de Ré, et d'un supermarché. Uber eats livre ici! Propriétaires de très bon conseil et disponibles, merci pour les suggestions de balades et restaurants. Manque un peu de propreté cependant à notre goût... Plan de cuisine qui colle, c'est dommage. Également, la robinetterie de la baignoire mériterait un petit coup d'entretien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis, la maison est spacieuse, propre et très bien décorée ! Un large choix de livres et de cd de musique sont présents ce qui rend le lieu très vivant. La maison est très bien situé près du vieux port. Facile d'accès et possibilité de se garer proche de la maison... Le petit plus: la déco, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de belles pièces !! Bref nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu où nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Jessica.
