Cozy "River Retreat" situated directly on the Cuchara River. Cozy furniture, beds, bedding. Rustic decor. New and modern kitchen appliances. Nearby hiking trails, fishing, lakes, rivers. Quaint downtown area with seasonal events. The Cuchara Valley is a stunning representation of Colorado. Snow peaked mountains, colorful Aspen trees and abundant wildlife. While house is rented we will not be there. We are available by phone if anything needs attention. The downtown area features The Dog Bar. A famous restaurant and bar with outdoor seating for you and your 4 legged friend. Seasonal bbq restaurant and steak house. General store, miniature golf and rec center. 12 miles to historic town of La Veta. Surrounded by mountain trails!
