Located in the center-north district of Lacanau-Océan, you'll love this completely renovated, detached house. The kitchen area opens onto the living room, serving as a lounge/dining room with dining area. A large bay window opens onto the terrace and private, not overlooked garden at the rear of the house, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Sleeping accommodation is divided between the house's three bedrooms. The master suite on the first floor has a bathroom and a separate toilet communicating with the living area. Upstairs, two charming attic bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet. Parking available in the enclosed grounds. Fully enclosed wooded garden.
500 m from the beach, 500 m from shops, restaurants, ice-cream parlors and surf schools, 1.5 km from the golf course and around 5 km from the lake (REF 03278) ANCV vacation vouchers accepted. BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED.

Maison très agréable si ce n'est la hauteur sous plafond de l'étage qui est vraiment bas, surtout l'access à une des chambre. La décoration intérieure est top par contre l'équipement extérieur mériterait un peu d'amélioration.
