Stay was comfortable staff very attentive & accomodating, We stayed in the fire lanai deluxe room (ocen-view) it was amazing. Be prepared to get your steps in going from your room to the main lobby if you’re staying over there, but you will have easy access to the pool and the exclusion will be very much appreciated. Def worth it!!

This hotel is very nice and the scenery is beautiful. It’s a little tucked-away, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The staff was mostly great- ironically the one person that was kind of rude was at the concierge desk. The wait staff and housekeeping staff was great. We would stay here again. If I were to nitpick something it would be that some of the room service food was disappointing. It seemed to have sat a while prior to delivery. Overall, this was expensive, but probably worth the expense given how nice the property was.

Pros and cons: Pro: - nice pool - friendly staff Cons: - closest beach isn’t nice, other resorts are closer to Napili beach and cost less - closest beach is $80 for chairs / sun umbrella - not many menu options for non pork eating folks, or folks who are looking for halal/kosher options - ordered DoorDash and it took someone two hours to bring it from reception to my room.. at the ritz! - not even a basic free breakfast Honestly, I’ve had better experiences at cheaper places. Literally down the road is a less expensive resort but their beach is amazing… Will not book again. Not impressed.

Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional location combining hilly forest and beach. Rooms and property condition are outstanding. Beach is a bit of a walk and not private.
