- There is no boat launch located on the property
- The lake and the dock are a short walk through the yard and down a garden path
- The 2 smaller bedrooms do not have central air conditioning, but fans are provided to cool off
- Several areas on the property are not available for guest use. This includes the 150-year-old barn, attached garage, detached garage, basement, wine cellar, and mudroom. These areas will be locked or will have alarm locks that prompt police
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 Ring Doorbell devices with exterior security cameras located on the front door and the upper garage. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the devices (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system's motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed
