However, I was asked to pay an extra £52 on check-in despite having paid in full when I booked with Hotels.com. The charming receptionist eventually resolved the problem.
I was also asked to pay extra when I stayed at another Days Inn hotel recently. I would like Hotels.com and Days Inn to work together so that guests are not asked to pay more when they arrive.”
