On arrival staff did not know how to formally check in and had to call someone- I went up to room and it needs some maintenance especially in bathroom buzzing shaver socket
Room would not shut properly from outside
I went to visit the bar and grab food but it was all shut with no info on it
Slight annoys me as no sockets by the bed

Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy.

Decent, but in need of a make over. Note there the location is a 4/5G black spot and WiFi in the seems to be suffering from the same lack of coverage.
