Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. “B&B (pas le grand luxe, mais propre, commode, agréable (on n'en demande pas plus!) bien situé à proximité de l'enceinte de la vieille ville avec possibilité de se garer. On s'auto-enregistre (on ne voit personne quand on arrive) mais tout est très bien organisé: message Whatsapp et feuilles d'instruction, plan de la ville, feuille de conseils (restaurants,...)
Quand on voit les propriétaires (au petit déjeuner par exemple) on apprécie leur accueil et gentillesse.”
