“Very expensive undisclosed fees that they expect when you stay there with a pet. Website says pet friendly with a $10 pet fee a night but when you get there the pet fee is $15 a night which isn't a problem but they want a $500 hold on your card which they charge first before letting you stay and then we'll reimburse you what's left from your hotel stay. Our hotel stay for the two nights with 219 and what was supposed to be a pet friendly room and they charge my card $500 saying that it was for……

“I booked this room through expedia. I called the hotels local number to speak to a front desk representative to ask if they had a pool and a hot tub. The person I spoke to told me that they have both also that the pool was heated. I booked and found out that there was no hot tub , and the pool was not heated. So it was not a good time for my children , and I was hoping to relax in the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful.So no complaints there. The room was standard for the price……
