“The log house was lovely. We were there during the Feb snowfall so little could be done outdoors. It was equipped with most kitchen essentials but we couldn’t find a cork screw. All in all a pleasant stay. ”
"We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"
