The hotel is vintage in age, design and decor - so different from "seen one, seen them all" modern facilities. Location is close to town but feels rural and a bit rustic - just what we look for in lodgings while on holiday. Staff went out of their way to be helpful (calling for taxis and food delivery when our phones wouldn't operate) and making suggestions for day trips in the area. They treated us like family! Be aware that the television might not work (high winds had disabled the connection while we were there) but wi-fi worked fine. We would certainly visit again!

Vores forventninger til Trudvang var lave, da vi bestilte i sidste øjeblik og blot skulle have et sted at sove. Vi blev rigtig godt taget mod og værelset var rigtig fint til en familie. Hyggelig stemning på hotellet og en rigtig fin morgenkomplet. Derudover en fantastisk udsigt udover Larvik fjord. Alt i alt langt bedre end man kan forvente til prisen.
