“圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。”

“Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.”

“2 bed apartment, very large, spotless, comfortable with all you need for self catering etc. The entire hotel was also spotless and very family friendly. Lots of bars serving food in the complex and nearby loads of options. Beach about 6 min walk. As a family we would definitely come back here. ”

“Really happy with my family stay at Las Claveles, laid back and calm atmosphere, excellent and helpful staff in the hotel and in the bar and restaurant, Beer and food in the pool bar always delicious and very reasonably priced, Complex is a bit older and that can show around the the hotel and rooms but that can be forgiven for how excellent the prices are for the stay, food and drink (I've stayed in a lot more expensive 4 - 5 star Hotels in Tenerife and have had a fair less enjoyable stay than……

“Lovely place to stay, with a kitchen and balcony. It was kept clean and tidy and was in a good position. The car park at the rear is open for all, so if you drive you’ll be unlikely to find a space before 4pm, so if you go out for the day ensure you’re out ALL day. My room didn’t have air conditioning which was disappointing but it had a ceiling fan and that kept the room cool enough. ”

“For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! Those wanting to cool off chose the top pool. We will……

“Ein großes Lob an die Betreiber. Besonders gut hat mir der Fern-checkin gefallen. Zusendung der Zugangscodes usw, da wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ankamen. Das einzige was schlecht war, war die Parkplatzsituation. Wird in der Hauptsaison wohl eine Katastrophe. Absolut zu empfehle.”
