“My husband turned 40 this year and decided it was time to take the UP trip he’s been dreaming of. We decided to try a VRBO instead of a hotel as we wanted something homie feeling for the last couple days of our trip. This place was perfection. Enough space for us to spread out but still enjoy time together. Close to tons of different shops and restaurants to explore and in driving distance of Copper Harbor! “This historic home is beautiful, super clean, and has tons of character. Though you stay in the same building as the owners of the home, they are incredibly respectful of your privacy. History nerds will enjoy the wealth of info David & Zach offer, if requested. I grew up in the area and will defintely be back to stay - highly recommend!”

“What a phenomenal place to stay! The lighthouse has been totally updated with a very cool design vibe and comfortable porches all around with views and plenty of fresh air. The proximity to great food and drink (Fitzgerald’s—highly recommended); things to do and see in the beautiful UP; golf; antiquing; beach walking; Jampot; card games; books in the rental—we loved it and will return, hoping next summer!”

“Was a great place to stay for a snowmobile tirp with my wife. Place is literally on the trail. Hot tub was a huge plus. If traveling with other couples you could rent multiple units and all be together but have privacy too!”

“The cottage was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to see lakers/ships pass in front of the cabin when the weather was clear as well as see stars from inside the cabin with the large picture windows. There is one bedroom with a double and twin bed and there was a king bed in the master bedroom which was very comfortable. I do not normally sleep well when out of town because the beds aren't comfortable but the mattress was very comfortable and I slept great. We were also……

“Lovely home in an amazing location along Lake Superior. Beautiful to look at, rock hunt, nature everywhere. House has everything that you need and very comfortable furniture and beds. Kids never looked at their electronics or tv! Lots to do nearby. This place is a gem.”

“One of the most relaxing vacations! Loved the sauna and being totally unplugged. Beds were clean and comfortable with the wonderful sound of the waves on the shore to lull me to sleep. We would stay here again!”
