Snowy Birthday Weekend
The house worked really well for my family as we celebrated my wife's birthday. My kids (9,7,5) loved exploring the house and the twin beds room. The house was warm even in the snowy weekend, and we enjoyed walking to town for the oyster restaurant, the escape room, and fireworks pizza. Vanish brewery is also really fun with music and an arcade for the kids and beer and more oysters for us! A great weekend, thank you!

Really cute house in a great location
We had a great stay - we were 8 adults. The location was excellent. Easy walk to town and everything you need near by. The highlight for us was the yard. We spent most of our time there. The king size bed upstairs was very comfy. The twin beds and trundle weren’t super comfy for adults, but they’re intended use is for children. The house was light and bright. Kitchen well stocked and Brit was very responsive. She kindly allowed us access a couple of hours early. Would absolutely stay again.

The Pink Pearl is Charming
This is a great property on the edge of downtown Leesburg. From the moment you enter, you are charmed with a perfect blend of old and new. The 1870's house has been updated with just-right touches. One bedroom is downstairs, the others up. The mattresses are very comfortable. Extra blankets are provided. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of all the VRBOs that I've rented and, if needed, you are right next to a grocery. The landscaping is lovely and interesting. Nice outdoor area with a fire pit. Firewood is available at the grocery. It was a very short walk to the restaurants and shops downtown. On Friday night, they blocked the main street for patrons. Don't miss getting a mocha at Goosecup. The property manager is very nice and responsive. The Pink Pearl is a family favorite VRBO property and I highly recommend it.

If you are visiting Leesburg/West Loudoun County, this is an ideal location. Love the house and love the location. We traveled with our two dogs and the house/yard was great for them.

This was a great place for a small group celebration for my daughter's Bachelorette. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The area is packed with places to go, and the house is really spacious and beautifully decorated. It was an awesome weekend!

Better for family than friends
This is a very old house so one must take that into consideration. Not really a problem except for a few areas. One of the baths was an ensuite to the downstairs bedroom. The other bath was shared by three bedrooms. A mirror in each bedroom and a bedside table would have been helpful. Not all bedrooms had a place to hang clothes. Brighter lights in living room would be helpful. The location was what drew us to this property. So convenient for walking to restaurants downtown and a grocery store is right next door. It was too cold to sit on the big front porch or side patio, which are charming. The owner was very helpful with a change of seasons climate issue.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!
I rented this spot for me and some girlfriends for my bachelorette party. We were specifically looking for something that was accessible, and could sleep a large group. It was perfect! Walking distance to down town Leesburg, comfortable sleeping arrangements and a very well stocked kitchen. One thing to note is that there is a coffee pot in the kitchen, which the listing didn't include, but we were super happy about upon our arrival. Britt was very communicative and accommodating. All my guests were thoroughly impressed with this rental. I would gladly recommend this to any traveler who needs to sleep many!

Wonderful Historical Home
We had a great time as the Pink Pearl walking distance from the heart of Leesburg! It is a beautiful historic home that comes with all of the charm but still had plenty modern amenities. Britt was very helpful and responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
