"Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful."

However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one.
