"La villa est agréable, bien située pour découvrir le lac de Côme et dispose d'une vue epoustouflante dont on ne se lasse pas. Tout semblait reuni pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances entre amis. Au bout de 2 jours nous decouvrons que le lave linge ne fonctionne pas , puis le lave- vaisselle tombe en panne. Je ne parle pas du micro onde present dans le descriptif et absent de la cuisine, du manque de pression d'eau dans l'une des salles de bain rendant celle-ci inutilisable. Entre...

This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

The house is very confortable.The access to the villa is a little complicated and not easy but this guaranty a perfect privacy...It would be a good idee to add a deepfreezer in the kitchen. adding a ice cube maker machine and a toaster would be a good idee and be convenient. It should also be nice to have wifi on the terrasses outside. But this is a very nice place and we had a wonderfull holiday. Service of the renting...

"This villa is in a great location -- close to the train station and ferry dock, yet within walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants. The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. We loved staying here!"
