• Damage deposit: €400 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)

• While end-of-stay cleaning is included, it excludes the kitchen and dishes. You'll need to tidy the kitchen and do the dishes to avoid extra fees. We provide a welcome kit, which won't be replenished once depleted. Please ensure general tidiness, including managing waste and linens, otherwise, additional fees may apply. Full check-out procedures will be provided before your arrival.
