“The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may……

“Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious……

“Wir waren viele Jahre dort und sind jetzt nach einer Pause wieder dort hin gekommen. Leider hat es sich nicht zum positiven entwickelt. Es ist sehr auf Masse ausgerichtet und hat nicht mehr diesen familiären Charme wie es mal war. Zudem ist es sehr teuer geworden und hat gerade bei den Restaurants sehr an Qualität, Geschmack und Service abgebaut. Die Poollandschaften sind schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich.”
