“Caravan was very clean. Margaret was the perfect host who let us check in early snd also put some extra items in the caravan ready for when we arrived. There was everything we needed from all toiletries to an hairdryer. Lovely and quiet area. Also in walking distance to a lovely restaurant/bar called the Waters Edge. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.”

“We stayed for two nights in apartment 3 and were impressed with the quality of the room, facilities and cleanliness. The three apartments are in a central location with the railway station a ten minute walk away. In addition there is also paid car parking available if needed at the rear of the apartments.
We’ve stayed in Lancaster on many occasions to see family and this apartment will be added to our list of places to go.”

“Absolute Gem of a place, super clean, cosy and lovely little village Cark is, this was a great hub for me and my boy to do Scaffel whilst my wife and daughter took a train into Ulverston for the day "train station 2 min walk away". Definitely one the best kept places we have stopped in. Neighbours really friendly also :)”

“When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. Part of the hose fell off of the shower and the shower was either burning hot or freezing cold. When I tried to contact the host about these problems I did not receive a reply. This was a very……
