This rental is a basement apartment, which wasn’t clearly stated in the description. It was also a bit confusing to figure out exactly where the unit was located upon arrival. Additionally, the listing mentions the unit as being 3,944 sq ft, but that measurement appears to be for the entire house including the upstairs, not just the basement...
