Welcome to my apartment!
This charming 135m2 three-bedroom apartment in Lisbon offers the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a memorable stay. Situated on the 6th floor and accessible by a lift, the space is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and convenience.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for shared meals or planning your Lisbon adventures. Step onto the private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also available to make cleaning up effortless, along with a washer and ironing equipment for added convenience during longer stays.
The apartment comfortably accommodates guests across three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a single bed plus a bunk bed, and a third with an additional bunk bed. Each bed is dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights.
The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is located in the Olivais area of Lisbon, a neighbourhood that combines convenience, safety and accessibility. Public transport connections are excellent. The Olivais metro station on the red line is only a short walk away, and there are several nearby bus stops, including Rua Chibuto, Cemitério dos Olivais and Rua Cidade de Bissau. The Oriente railway station, which connects Lisbon to destinations across Portugal, can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes.
In terms of attractions, the Olivais district offers a mix of cultural and family-friendly experiences. The Quinta Pedagógica dos Olivais is a unique urban farm where children and adults can enjoy contact with animals, vegetable gardens, orchards and educational workshops. The neighbourhood also has historical landmarks, including the statue of the Varina, monuments such as “As Oliveiras,” and old estates like the Palácio da Quinta do Policarpo and the Palácio da Quinta da Fonte do Anjo.
A short metro or bus ride away is Parque das Nações, a modern riverside district built for Expo 98. This area is home to the Lisbon Oceanarium, the largest indoor aquarium in Europe, as well as a cable car offering sweeping views of the Tagus River. The riverside setting is filled with restaurants, cafés, gardens and cultural spaces, making it one of the most vibrant parts of the city.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest metro station, Olivais, is just a 13-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 6-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
