The property:

The apartment, located in the village of Llivia, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living-dining room with fireplace and terrace. The apartment is fully equipped ideal to enjoy a few days of relax with family or friends. It also has swimming pool and private parking.

It has a large outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and beautiful landscaped areas where you can stroll and relax.

Location:

Llivia is a Spanish enclave located in French territory that stands out for its beautiful narrow streets, a few kilometers from Puigcerdà. French ski resorts such as Font Romeu or Eyne are a short distance from Llivia as well as La Molina and Masella.

Places of interest:

Do not miss visiting the old town for a stroll through its beautiful alleys and discover the Bernat de So tower and the beautiful front of the church of Our Lady of the Angels. Another recommended visit is the Museum of Pharmacy, with its extraordinary collection of Renaissance bottles, one of the main claims of the locality, since the Pharmacy of Llívia has been documented since 1594 and is considered the oldest in Europe. We also recommend going up to the old castle from where you can enjoy a beautiful 360º panorama.

Fantàstic apartament

L'apartament es molt maco i espaios. amb unes vistes espectaculars. Molt net i té tots els utensilis necesaris per passar una bona estada. Hi ha botigues molt a prop de l'apartament. Està al segon pis, no te ascensor , pero no ets persona amb mobilitat reduïda no es problema. Li dono una puntuació de 10.
