Finca Monserrat, ideal for families with swimming pool

Located in a residential area close to the village of Llucmajor, Finca Monserrat sits on a large plot of land with a wide range of leisure activities and fulfills every heart’s desire. The 2-storey country house with an elegant interior offers a large living room with a dining area, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower as well as an additional half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, cable TV, a cot, a children's bed and a high chair.

Outside you will find a pool, a football pitch, a playground, a trampoline, a barbecue area and many lounges and seats on covered and uncovered terraces. Relax on the comfortable recliners while the little guests of the house let off steam on the property or harvest together the vegetables and aromatic citrus fruits from the garden. Here you can experience the Mallorcan way of life for yourself and have an unforgettable holiday. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.2 km or a 7-minute drive away and the nearest beach, Platja de Palma, is 19 km or a 22-minute drive away.

Great Villa

Excellent break away with friends. Gorgeous open plan kitchen and living room. Gas BBQ on the terrace with outdoor seating options. Only issue was the air con wasn’t working and it was baking hot. The owner bought fans which did help but still really hot inside.
