“The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.”

“Virtually perfect. Yes, I know that is a ridiculously high bar but I genuinely struggle to think of anything I would change. We stayed for three nights in a Palace Room (their most basic), the hotel is a serene haven, the room lovely. Food (especially breakfast) is outstanding, The pool area (there are 3) has more luxury cabanas than there are rooms so you can always get one. The staff are exceptional, often anticipating what you want before you ask. The only possible shortcoming might be the……

“酒店位置距離碼頭是十五分鐘內的步行，但因為酒店在一大段斜坡上，所以拿大行李的話不能走樓梯上坡，以Z字斜坡上大概走25分鐘的大斜路..比較吃力.. 不過早上起床看到對面一大片海景感覺斜坡走得挺有價值的”

“We stayed for one night after wine tasting very close by. This hotel is a little gem, room was very clean and smelled so nice. The layout was perfect and we could walk straight out into a small garden where we had breakfast. Big bonus was then the rooftop where we had a little pool and very nice sunbeds and we spent the afternoon there after checkout. All in all a very pleasant surprise in this tiny town and we would definitely return. ”
